50 cl bottle @ Lihaviha, BBE 17.12.2020 Aroma has grassy hops and grainy malt. Flavour has grassy hops, grain, some cereal and herbal tones in the finish. Crisp and easy-going, perhaps a tad stuffy though. Not your typical golden ale, perhaps closer to a german style like kölsch.

(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20200307) The beer deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, pineapple and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grass, lightly herbalness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A pleasant and balanced brew with clean hop bite.

From tap @ Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto. Poured clear golden in color with a steady white head. Grainy and malty with mild peppery and floral notes in aroma and flavor. Light dry finish, some bitterness. A clean and refreshing brew, easy drinkable.

Solid stuff. Big coffee, sharp like a knife roast. Small caramel. Creamy consistency. Velvety actually. Dark chocolate. Bitter finish with some sweetness. Tap at Kaisla.

Draught @ Bierhaus Münich, Helsinki Aroma has strong maltiness and mild resiny notes. Also sweet and ripe fruits. Flavour has strong maltiness, some resin and minerals. A tad watery finish. Clean but a bit uninteresting. Also a tad too dry. Their first Jouluolut was better.

In bocca è dolce all'attacco, con chiusura amara, leggermente scarica di corpo rispetto alle attese, manca di rotondità e complessità. La carbonazione è medio-leggera. Insomma...

(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20191210) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had grass, pine, malts and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, pine, malts, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A tasty malty brew with pleasant hoppy notes and excellent looks.
