Norman Hunt & Sons are a family farming business who have been growing apples since the 1930s. Our ciders are made with passion and care, using traditional methods and ZERO chemical input, allowing our farm to be an organic haven for nature and our products to be free from toxic residues.

From a 75cl bottle at The Water Works Rye. Deep amber almost reddish brown colour no head. Oh that's dry. Good dry almost woody apple flavour. some spice on finish. hides abv well. best cider of the day so far. a little sweetness up front from abv. good.

500ml bottle from South Downs Cellars, Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and tangy apple aroma. Taste is apple, apple skins, bittersweet, with woody oak, vanilla, some funk and dry tannins. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from South Downs Cellars. Golden amber colour, white foam head that diminshes to a thin layer, and aroma of ripe apple with barnyard hints. Taste is apple, apple skins, tangy, lemon rind, bittersweet with drying tannins, plus some leathery, woody oak & vanilla notes. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry tannic sourish finish. Refreshing, nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from South Downs Cellars. Sparkling pale yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and nose of apple, oak, slight funk. Flavour is tangy fruity apple, woody oak, bittersweet, with drying tannins. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
