9/11/2022. Draught at The Lookout Echo Point, Katoomba overlooking the Blue Mountains. Pours clear very pale gold with minimalist white head. Uncomplicated refreshing very appley cider, enjoyable in the Aussie sunshine.

Taste is sweet, tangy, blackberry, apple, lactic, vanilla, with some acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, sweet blackberry finish. Quite drinkable.

GABS 19. Quite sweet but only for a moment then acid and skin take over. A little thin but pretty good.
