330ml bottle from 20 Mile Hollow Cafe, Woodford. Slightly hazy gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of ginger, spice, apple. Taste is sweet, baked apple, juicy, with gingery notes, some spice, syrup and tartness. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, lingering ginger at the finish. Quite OK

330ml bottle from 20 Mile Hollow Cafe, Woodford. Clear pale golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of baked apple, juicy, toffee apple. Taste is sweet, appley, with toffee hints and alittle tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, lingering sweet apple finish. OK.

9/11/2022. Draught at The Lookout Echo Point, Katoomba overlooking the Blue Mountains. Pours clear very pale gold with minimalist white head. Uncomplicated refreshing very appley cider, enjoyable in the Aussie sunshine.

750ml wired cork bottle from Hillbilly. Opened with a pop. Reddish orange amber colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of blackberry & apple. Taste is sweet, tangy, blackberry, apple, lactic, vanilla, with some acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, sweet blackberry finish. Quite drinkable.

750ml wired cork bottle from Hillbilly. Clear bright yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, yeast, oak, caramel hint. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, some oak, with a caramel note, and some light acidity. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is sweet, berry fruits, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, with some tartness and booze. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying sweet berry finish. OK, quite sweet
