330ml bottle from Leura Cellars. Straw-yellow golden colour, white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, vanilla. Taste is tangy apple, green apples, woody oak, bittersweet with light tannins. Light bodied, medium to high carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Draught as part of a paddle, at Keg & Brew Sydney on October 14, 2015.Apple, apple skins, semi-sweet, very light tart taste. Mainly apple aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, sweet finish. Cloudy lemon yellow color, white head. Apple, fresh scent.

Cloudy and very pale. Smells like jarred apple sauce. Sweet and a bit tart, fairly appley. Decent, quaffable.

Pours gold with a large, quickly fading head.Nose shows toffee apples, candy floss, pink lady, apple confectionery. A little too sweet smelling.Sweet flavours too. A reasonable genuine apple character before some white wine notes enter. Some sherbet notes too along with a little acidity. Could use less sweetness and more of a tart character.Carbonation is reasonably high.

Pours hazy straw with a large fading head. Nose shows baked apples along with a pink lady/jonathan sweetness. Very apple-like, no white wine notes. Flavours comparable to apple juice with a very slight tartness and some soft brown sugar. Nice! Needs more carbonation.
