75cl bottle from Scrattings. Pours misty pale gold, funky nose. Gentle wild character, high juice with firm tannins from the Yarlington Mill. Nice easy sipper with subtle depth of flavours, drying close.

500ml bottle @ Stable, Birmingham. Pours a misty orange. Aroma has good juicy bittersweet apple fruit. Taste continues in a juicy medium sweet direction, with a welcome astringency and light acidic linger. Like it.

Bottle from Brendan's Brewtique, Bristol. Orangey-brown, with slight carbonation. Some deep, dry apple juice character, with skins and cores, a rustic yeastiness and lingering, bittersweet finish. An excellent cider.

Taste is mellow fruity apple, bittersweet, woody, tangy funk, leathery and earthy tannins. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry slightly tart tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
