Amber colour, no head. Strong honey, alcohol, apple aroma. Medium-bodied. Sweet honeyish, apple, apricot with warming alcohol in the finish. Whitewineous mead.

375ml bottle from Dan Murphy, Hurstville. 20% alc/vol. Orange gold colour, no head and aroma of spice & booze. Taste is honey, sweet, floral, fruity, earthy, spicy, grassy, alcohol, with some cinnamon notes. Smooth syrupy mouthfeel, thick bodied, low carbonation, warm boozy finish with lingering spice. Nicely sippable.

Lightly sour apple nose. Pale golden colour. Warming and sour. Finish is slightly bitter, short with a touch of honey.

Dull, slightly golden brown hue. Nice spicy complexity to the nose - nutmeg and cinnamon. Sweet - there some bold sweet spiciness, a soft lactic acidity, actually not much mead character. But it’s a pretty nice drink.
