500ml bottle into pint glass. Effervescent golden cider with no head and nose of caramel, raisins and tart apples. Neutral taste at first then a little tart sourness leading to fruit cake and apple pie. Nice cider, interesting rich alcoholic dry fruit notes at the end.

500ml bottle from Craft Beer Market. Orange golden colour, sparkling, short-lived off-white fizzy foam head and aroma of juicy apple, some funk. Taste is sweet, fruity apple, juicy, vanilla note, then some apple skin and tartness, and alittle earthy tannin. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry lightly tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Craft Beer. Golden colour, white foam head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of apple, caramel. Taste is juicy apple, sweet, fruity, some apple skin, caramel note, tangy with slight tannin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK.
