330ml bottle from Sydney Cidery bar. Pale golden colour, short-lived white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is sweet, ripe appley, fleshy, sugary, with some tartness. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, drying sweet apple flesh finish. Quite OK, quite sweet.

750ml bottle from the Apple Thief. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, caramel, funk hint. Taste is sweetish, appley, ripe fruit, mellow, caramel, fleshy, vanilla, wood, with some tartness and bittersharp tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium sweet tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweet, apple, skin and core, some melon, wood, oak & vanilla notes, with mellow acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is sweet, fleshy apple, tart, with berry-like and sulphury hints, plus some crisp citric acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft foamy carbonation, tart acidic finish. Quite OK

17/11/2022. Bottle at Sydney Airport T1 whilst in transit between New Caledonia and return flight to UK. Pours clear very pale gold, spritzy but with minimal head. Aroma is sharp, green apple, citrus, slight funky earthy edge. Quite tart and crisp, moderately sweet. Lively carbonation. Drying finish. Quite drinkable.
