Bottle from Eroski Supermarket, Santander. Cosecha 2010. Clear light golden coloured. Nose is sour apple, cheese, phenoles, a bit tannic. Flavour has sour apple, phenoles, cheese, tannic. Overall a very strong and pronounced apple flavour, with lots of wild yeast flavours. Finish is astringent, slightly acidic. Quite an odd and interesting cider.

Bottle from Eroski, Santander. Hazy golden coloured. Aroma of light sour apple, apple juice, bit of wood, some sweetness. Flavour is of slightly sour and sweet apples. A bit alcoholic. Not spectacular.

Bottle from Eroski supermarket, Santander. Cosecha 2011. Hazy yellow coloured, lots of sediment, lots of stuff floating around. Nose is light sour apples, phenoles, maybe a bit of cheese, betadine. Flavour is sour apples, a bit acidic, tannic, fairly dry.

Bottled. An unclear light golden cider. The aroma is dominated by apples. The flavor is sweet and acidic and dominated by apples, leading to a tart finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 70 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours hazy and opaque pale golden with a small, rough, off-white head. Tart, leathery aroma. Medium body with a low - almost absent - carbonation. Tart and dry apple accents and an astringent, tart finish. 291208

70 cL bottle. Pours hazy pale yellow with no head. Dry, slight citric to acidic and mild phenolic apple aroma. Dry and mild apple flavoured with a distinct dry phenolic flavour. dry phenolic finish with a mild apple fruity touch.
