Our mission is simple: Fly high and make the best cider we possibly can. You can find us in an old apple store on an orchard in Sussex.

All of the apples that go into our ciders have been rejected by supermarkets for not fitting their beauty standards. We’re not that shallow. We take these tasty fruits and help them reach their full potential in our delicious ciders.

Note - Ringden Farm is the production site for pressing and bottling. The office administration address is in Polegate.

On tap at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours a murky dark red with no head. Aroma has crisp red skinned apples. In the mouth it is mainly sweet (not overly so) but there is sharpness there if you search for it. Flavour has juicy red cherries to the fore, but also apples in the background. I don’t normally go for fruit ciders, but this is decent.

Can(?) at Carnivale Brett, Amsterdam. As Eclosion Series Rosette. Amber hazy color, small white head. smells apples, bit funky, leathery, subtle pears, parfumy, very nice smell. full body, no carbonation. tastes apples, pears, tannins, minerals, grassy, bit of oak. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of apples, minerals and tannins. Good stuff,nice complexity and dryness

On tap (BIB) at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours a cloudy very pale grapefruit. The aroma has sweet apples and sugar. In the mouth it is sweet and juicy with flavour of apples, oranges and (after a while) a hint of cherries. Some alcoholic strength evident too. Finish is appley and slightly boozy. I don’t normally go for sweet cider, but this is nice.

On tap at The Evening Star, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out juicy, pithy stone fruits and crisp apple skins. Flavour is sweet and juicy, with juicy stone fruits, apple juice, a hint of citrus and medium sweetness. Reasonably done for what it is but too sweet and lacking depth. It's alright.

On tap at The Evening Star, pours a clhazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins, perfumey notes, floral notes and booze. Flavour is perfumey, with apple skins, perfume and fusel alcohol. Messy and sweet. Not a well-calibrated cider. Hot and messy.

On tap at The Evening Star, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out musty apple skins and a hint of farmhouse notes. Flavour is medium sweet, with crisp apple skins and a touch of farmhouse character. Too sweet for me but there's a nice gentle farmhouse character that adds some complexity. Good.

330ml can from Cat in the Glass. Cloudy red colour, reddish bubbly head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of juicy apple, fruity, beetroot. Taste is sweet, apple, juicy, cooking apple, with beetroot, earthy, fruity blackcurrant notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

BIAB at Newcastle Beer and Cider Festival 2023. Hazy yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of lemon, orange citrus, pulpy apple. Taste is sweet, fruit, orange, apple,citric acidic. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet citric finish. Quite OK
