All of the apples that go into our ciders have been rejected by supermarkets for not fitting their beauty standards. We’re not that shallow. We take these tasty fruits and help them reach their full potential in our delicious ciders.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - hazy, burnt orange with very gentle bubbles and no head. Nose - cooked apple like apple tart. Light, sweet, wood spice. An edge of pear. Taste - bruised brown apple, a touch of baked apple and cinnamon. Sour apple on the finish. Palate - light to medium bodied, tangy middle and sour/high acid finish. Overall - good, complex cider.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy yellow with almost an edge of green. Like traditional cloudy lemonade. Nose - lovely fresh pear note, with pear skins and confected pear too. The apple is in the shade. Taste - fresh, generous, ripe pear. Palate - light to medium bodied, fruity but dry middle and finish. Acid is lower than expected had it been pure apple. Overall - nice.

Can from Appellation Wines. Just found this rating which hadn't been loaded. Appearance - hazy golden orange with thin lacing. Aroma - fresh apple, red fruits too with a yeasty/tangy edge. Taste - apples again and citrus, still red fruit, possibly redcurrant or cherry. Palate - medium bodied, lightly sweet and tangily sour at the same time. Gentle carbonation and funky at the very end. Overall - yes, enjoyable.
