Box @ Coracle. Pours an unclear pale yellow. Aroma is nettley bramley. Taste presents viciously tart bramley apple, confidently acidic with a wild nettley tang, fairly jagged overall. Interesting wild elements.

Box @ Coracle. Pours misty yellow. Pleasant lemon on the nose, soft pineapple, distant apple fruit. Smooth on the palate, tart with nice lemon shades, soft pineapple and wild underlying apple fruit. Light with a high drinkability. Decent.

Box @ Bailey Head. Pours a murky pulpy smoothie orange. Aroma has light juicy peachy shades. Light on the palate, some gentle peach juice, distant wild apple fruit, drying close. Bit light and drying, could do with a little more sweetness and clarity of flavour.

Box @ Bailey Head. Pours opaque gold. Aroma is moderately sweet apple fruit, peachy hints. Taste is extremely light, watery, as is standard with Ascension ciders, moderately sweet apple fruit, gentle wild notes, very dry with a very light acidity.. drinks much lighter than 6%. Ok.

Box @ Bailey Head. Pours a murky unclear blushing pinkish red. Aroma is sweet, red berries.. not jumping out as cherry specifically. Taste continues, with a smooth, musty character, indistinct red berries, wild.. lacks clarity of flavour, expected a little more sourness and juicy cherries.. it's fine, light on the palate, quite dry, moderately sweet.. but perhaps doesn't come across as expected.

500ml screw-top bottle. Hazy golden colour, no head and mellow musty fleshy apple aroma. Taste is tart tangy apple, some funk, drying tannins and with straw, biscuit, cardboard oxidised notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry oxidised tannic finish. OK
