Description
Our mission is simple: Fly high and make the best cider we possibly can. You can find us in an old apple store on an orchard in Sussex.
All of the apples that go into our ciders have been rejected by supermarkets for not fitting their beauty standards. Weโre not that shallow. We take these tasty fruits and help them reach their full potential in our delicious ciders.
Note - Ringden Farm is the production site for pressing and bottling. The office administration address is in Polegate.

Fruity taste with pears, apples, grass, citrus and a generous acidity. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing with a good acidity and a fresh fruit character. Nice one.

Drunk at Bang in Belper. Pinkish dark gold, impenetrably murky with no head. Overripe orchard fruit, some US-sryle non-alcoholic apple cider. Tastes sweet, light notes of pear skin with light dryness on the finish. Sets my teeth on edge but in a good way! A decent drink if less aggressive than I'd have thought.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy red to orange. Thin white-pink head. Nose - mainly sweet grape notes, rather than the expected zest from the citrus. Also, red apple. Taste - juicy red apple, black cherry and red grape. Some lemon zest follows it in. Palate - close to medium bodied, sweet middle and fairly zesty finish. Overall - it's pleasant enough, even if a bit silly.
