Brecon Beacons Cider produces tradtional Breconshire cider and perry using fruit from pesticide-free orchards near Brecon. Our products are made with fresh juice and natural wild yeasts. No water, fruit concentrate or sulphites added. It's 100% natural.

11/10/2024. From BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours slightly hazy pale orange gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is semi-sweet apple, lightly funky and citrusy. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Soft carbonation. Nice light drying finish. Very nice.

11/10/2024. From BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours very slightly hazy golden orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is apple, citrus, light funky notes. Moderate sweetness, light sourness. Moderate body, low carbonation. Drying tannic finish. Decent.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Orangey gold colour, afew bubbles around the rim and aroma of light apple, funk. Taste is tart, fruity, apple,with some funk and drying orchardy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Orangey gold colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of light tp medium apple, fruit, funk. Taste is slight tart, appley, funky, orange juicy citric acidic with bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

BIAB at Welsh Cider and Perry Festival, 03Jun2022, Caldicot Castle, Wales. Golden colour, afew bubbles on top that quickly dissipate away and aroma of wood, apple, oaky. Taste is apple, fruity, with some wood barrel, oaky notes and astringent tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry woody oak finish. OK

27/10/2020. Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Pours cloudy dark orange with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of fleshy apple, stewed apple, caramel, touch funky. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Medium body, oily/watery texture, soft carbonation. Enjoyable.

500ml bottle from a farm shop in Brecon Beacons. Deep hazed brownish orange colour, gentle aroma of apple mush, caramel. Pours still. Nice natural fruit with light woody wild shades, distant caramel, very light tannic presence. Good natural cider.

Box @ Brecon Tap, Brecon. Lightly misty golden orange appearance. Farmhouse fruit on the nose. Taste presents a ripened apple fruit sweetness with a confident acidity and nice tangy close. Good stuff.

Draught at 2018 Welsh Perry & Cider Festival, Caldicot Castle. Deep orangey colour, no head and tangy apple aroma. Taste is juicy apple, with tartness, woody, some funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
