Description
Adam & Ruby Tildsley established the business in 2011 and from those beginnings it has grown to include a no-dig market garden (est 2017), farm shop, microbakery and cider press.

Our cider is made from 100% freshly pressed apple juice, with no added flavourings or sugar - as real cider should be!

We grow most of the fruit ourselves: a lot of apples come from a Victorian orchard we have restored and from the young trees we have planted here and at our market garden. We do also take some donations from customers who have surplus fruit. We use a combination of eating, cooking and cider apples to make our cider - we mix the fruit at the pressing stage to create a flavoursome blend.
