BIAB at Caps Off, Bishop Auckland. Orange gold colour with a reddish tinge, no head and juicy apple aroma with flowery rose hints. Taste is tangy apple, bittersweet with a little horseblanket funk, fruity, some tartness with floral rose notes and some drying tannins. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish with some residual sweetness. Nicely drinkable
