Taster at Beer Deluxe, Sydney. Amber beer with thin white head. Slight haze. High carbonation, sweet malt nose. Laces well. Super easy-drinking, touches of malt and fruit. Light body, short sour grainy finish. True to style but inconsequential.

Tap at Roundhouse on the way to July 1 march. Translucent dark copper amber pour with creamy dense head. Aroma is crisp apple hops with red maltiness. Taste follows - iron mineral crispness combined with sweet greasy malt. Not bad but wouldn’t get again.

Bottle, bb 2/18. Dull gold with a white head. Aroma is grainy with some apricot, a little lemon, earthy yeast that’s unwelcome. Taste is cleaner than it smells but unhappily a bit cardboardy. Grain and some light citrus and spices at the modestly bitter finish. Not for me.

Draught @ The Australian Hotel, Sydney, Australia. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a white head, lacings. Aroma of malt, mild fruity hops, peach. Flavor is light sweet, malt, sweet fruity hops, peach. Medium body, average carbonation, light sweet finish. 120317
