Hazy golden, diminishing soapy white head. Sweet macerated cereals, a tad muddy, sweet bread, no aroma hops - just some herbs. The taste has the same sweet grain malt profile, a touch biscuity, pretty string unexpected pungent bitterness. Not bad as a chewy unfiltered lager, but certainly does not have the purity and crispness of a true helles.
