Brouwhuis De Isar B.V.
In 2014 werden de 50 hl brouwsels, zoals de Grunn- en Hunebed-bieren, naar eigen recept gebrouwen in Duitsland, terwijl de 45 hl brouwsels, zoals Kruisheren en Zeebier, naar eigen recept werden gebrouwen in België. Het biologische Dolmen wordt gebrouwen bij Brouwerij De Leckere in De Meern. De kleine brouwsels worden naar eigen recept gebrouwen bij Brouwerij De Leckere en de Sallandse Landbier Brouwerij.

Bottle looks good, label a bit complex. Beer in the glass very dark, small head. Starts strong, roasty malty, quite alcoholic, fruity like raisins. Finish still strong, warming, still alcoholic, intense malty. Not bad at all!

Bottle. Amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is sugar, malt, caramel, wheat. Flavour is sweet, rubber, sugar, malt, caramel. Strange boring beer.

Bottle 300ml.Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, cereal notes, light hoppy, grass, flowers notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle 30 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours golden with loads of sediment and a rough white head. Rather sweet malt in the nose. Medium body, malty with a whiff of metal and a solid bitterness into the finish. 170910

Bottle 300ml.Clear light medium yellow color with a large to huge, creamy to frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, citrus sour, light to moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, citrus sour. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. A bit like a berliner weiss. [20100629]

Bottle, 5%. Strange fruity aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is sour, lactic, not unlike a mild Berliner Weisse.

Thanks bierkoning, a bottle from old trade. Golden color, good creamy white head. Aroma of grains and wet dog&wet hop. Flavor is more neutral: some grainy malts and sweet corn-like notes. Low bitterness, decent body. Needs to be rerated from fresh bottle.

Bottle. A clear, dark golden to amber beer topped by an off-white head leaving lacings. Cheeze doodles and sweaty scents, slightly rubbery, some fruits show up after some time in the glass. Not very good in the mouth either, thin to medium body, quite sugary, and flavors of dried fruits and white sugars. Not awful, but close. 100618
