Pittsburgh Outpost. Yellow gold with a medium sized soapy white head that left decent lacing. Sweet, tangy, fruity, yeasty and a bit perfumey. Medium finish and body.

Can 40,2 cl. Pous an opaque black with a small, beige head. Cloying vanilla aroma. Thinnish, flat body - due to the nitrogen. Seems very sweet, but is actually not - it's the vanilla that gives it a fake sweetness. Not my kinda Stout. At all. 240622

Pours black with a small tan head. It smells of roast malt and chocolate. Itβs on the sweet side but isnβt cloying. Marshmallow and cocoa are quite apparent. This is a solid, enjoyable stout.

Pours a fairly clear yellow. Small white head. Scent is damp, sticky , typical Alcohol free beer. Not great. Taste is fairly bitter, recognizable AF. Candy-like sweetness from the malts. Decent at best.

So, what up with BD UK or US? Same beer name? WTF. How confusing has BD become? Is it the same company or not? You have 2 BD brews with exactly the same name? Sometimes they are not even the same style ? WTFSM? Get over it BD. Anyway, if this is the right spot for this rating, lets git on wit it. Pour is big and black and large and in charge. Fersher. Nice thick tan head. Smell is a sweet stout sugary olfactory. Taste is syrupy sweet and can't find the coconut in here. Yes marshmallow is the overweight effect in here. Quite cloying. I just don't get the new fad pastry BS, its so far off the beer scene that it probably should not be a beer. So, what have we here? A brew sweeter than sweet milk stout and it should have coconut but don't. Its so difficult to drink, I'm just glad it has some alky in it to calm my gagging reflex when I get to the bottom of the can. There, you have it. Whart else can be said?

Drank this directly from a can, for the most part. It has a rather fresh beery smell. It says its clear pale so I'll accept that. Taste is rather refreshing and laid back. It does have a little of that slight hop bite but overall, I'm enjoying this lawnmower session ale with its good level of co2. Thanks brewdog. I've nit been a fan of brewdog beers lately but this one is certainly OK with me. This is listed as a pale ale but its actually a golden ale and its right on style.
