Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma is very weak, with some pale malts and fruityness. Medium to thin on the palate, with a soft carbonation. Some pale malts in the flavor, with fruityness and a decent bitterness. Nice bitterness in the finish too. Superbly boring this one, but it sort of drinks easy and doesn’t taste bad. 140117

Tap @ Bruuveri. Hazy yellow, creamy white head. Light tart, wheat and citrus in aroma. Flavor has citrus, lavendel, wheat and hops. Quite dry finish. Thin, refreshing.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, from a supermarket, 20131227) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had sweetness, berries and tartness. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, berries and low bitterness. Aftertaste had berries and low bitterness. I would accept the existence of this beer had they used proper cranberries but no, they did use cranberry essence and very tiny amount of it. I feel cheated.

Clear amber golden color, vanishing white head. Harsh malty aroma. Medium-bodied. Malty flavor, kind of harsh overtone. Malty aftertaste. Plain and too harsh for sessioning. Although it is craft all malt and organic, flavor is quite close to Finnish macros. Anyone drinking Karhu IVA, should like this one,

Clear amber color, vanishing head. Sweet fruity, a bit woody alcohol in the nose. Medium-bodied. Quite flat mouthfeel. Very sweet and alcoholic. Apples, wood ... Not very pleasant overall. Even for being organic all malt brew.
