Description
Formerly known as "De Twee Knaapjes". Since 2017 De School.

Brouwerij De School was established in 2016 by lifelong friends Leon and Bryan. The two have been friends since elementary school. The two friends share a passion for everything that is taste related and are dedicated to brewing delicious beers of the highest standerd. The two stand for creativity, innovation and quality.

33cl Bottle from Vonk. Almost black colour, beige head. Aroma is sweet, caramel, some vanilla and chocolate. Flavour is sweet, tiny bit of roast, vanilla, chocolate, hint of liquorice, bittersweet finish. Medium bodied at best, soft carbonation. Weak.

Bottle shared @ Brent en Rianne beertasting. Amber colored with a white head. Fruity yeasty aroma. Very Belgian. High carbonation. Too safe but pleasant.

Bottle @ gamenight. Hazy light amber colour with a medium sized white head. Smells iron, farty, hops, malty. Tastes iron, malts, herbs, sweet. Pretty bad imo. Medium body, medium carbo.

7 3 7 3 14Draft at Cafe Bax, Amsterdam. Cloudy dull orange with an off white head. Aroma of herbal hops, green weeds, fruity notes and light malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle @ tasting shared with TomHendriksen and Inoven. --restored rating after it was lost due to connection issues-- Dark black color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, slightly sweet, coffee, lightly bitter. Decent to medium body and decent carbonation.
