Brouwerij De School was established in 2016 by lifelong friends Leon and Bryan. The two have been friends since elementary school. The two friends share a passion for everything that is taste related and are dedicated to brewing delicious beers of the highest standerd. The two stand for creativity, innovation and quality.

33cl Bottle from Vonk. Hazy amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of yeast, herbal, light floral, toast, grain, hint of citrus. Flavour is light to medium sweet, light malty, some caramel, toast, herbal and yeasty bitterness, light floral, dry bitter finish, alcohol. Light bodied, way over - carbonated.

Tap at Tap Zuid during pubcrawl. Light hazy reddish amber, w/white head. Big sweet caramel malts, overripe bananas, orange peel, candy sugar, coriander & cloves. Over medium sweet, light bitter. Medium body, soft carb. Bittersweet syruppy finish.

Sampled at Tap Zuid, Amsterdam. Clear red color, average sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly herbal, somewhat sweet and bitter. Hmm more a herbal Belgian Strong Ale to me rather than a Tripel.
