Draught@Põrgu, Tallinn. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is coriander, some floral, herbal, earthy and wooden notes. Flavour is big time coriander and ppretty much sweetness to it as well.

Perhaps the most expressive Kvass I've had, and certainly the freshest. Has a deep umami flavor, not unlike dashi or sodium-free soy sauce. Or root beer without the sweetness. Dark, odd, very interesting.

Many thanks to martjoobolut for this brew. Nice brown in the glass, highly carbonated. Dry fruity beginning. Roasted malt and burned dry sugars with an extreme dry body. Red fruits there as well - aroma of sour strawberries and red currant. Very interesting. Very dry and slightly roasted dusty, still refreshing with a roasted bitter and fruity aftertaste.

Tap at Porgu. Black rye bread, creamy yogurt, nutty and bready, huge nose. Pitch black. Sweet and sour flvor, malty rye, spicy, huge sense of liquid bread. Fizzy and refreshing. Great stuff.
