Hey there! We're Offshoot Beer Co. from your friends at The Bruery. Offshoot is the Bruers' playground, where we dive deep into the world of hop-forward beers. While we could definitely geek out on the intricacies of making these beers, we'd rather just open a cold one and...Relax.

What is Offshoot?

Years ago our founder Patrick Rue made a promise to NEVER brew an IPA. As time went on, our adventurous Bruers KNEW they could make world class hop-forward beers, so Offshoot was born as an offshoot of The Bruery, all while keeping Patrick's promise that The Bruery would NEVER make an IPA.

On draft at Dominion Wine and Beer. Pours a cloudy straw with an off white head. Aromas of tropical fruits. Flavors are moderately bitter citrus.

Can 1pt. @ home.[ As Offshoot Relax [It’s Just a Hazy IPA] ].Murky matt medium yellow orange colour with a average, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate to light heavy hoppy, fruity hops, tropical fruit, minerals, pineapple - pineapple juice, moderate citrus - grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration, tropical fruit, vanilla, minerals, fruity hops, pineapple juice, quit refreshinig. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20190527] 7-3-7-3-16

Missed this at MBCC so picked up at Kihoskh and shared at home - pours a golden orange hazy colour with a white head. Citrus fruity with some grapefruit and tangerine notes, citrus peel, splash of lemon, medium body, tad floral and piney bitterness into the hoppy finish. Decent.

Tap @ MBCC 2019. Hazy orange looking beer. Citrusy all over, fresh, some mango and green fruity notes. No bitterness but juicy. Lacks something.
