Description
“Releasing the creative potential of the unconscious mind, fighting the establishment” these words express the values of the surrealist art movement and equally the craft beer movement. We are proud of our Belgian roots and we aim to add our twist to the beer scene, letting people discover new tastes and stimulating their palate like an artist would stimulate the mind. Beyond rules, rabbits & reality, We create the beers of our dreams.

Small white head over metallic, pale golden beer with faint "Grünstich" . Rather neutral nose. Bit spicy, bit like other grains or kernels. Quite spicy flavour, bit sharpish, peppery. Again other grains & very, very faint wheat acidity. Better carbonated than it looks; very light body, bit wheatslick. Nice flavour, if overall a bit demure.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with copious very tiny floaters and average to huge, firm, frothy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, snow-white head. Fruity, slightly citrusy, hoppy and biscuity, pale malty aroma, notes of lemon zest, quince, a touch of tangerine, yuzu and lime, yeasty spicy overtones. Taste is dry, slightly bitter, zesty, citrusy fruity hoppy, minimally sweet, biscuity pale malty, notes of lemon, some quince, mirabelle, tangerine, slightly spicy and minimally doughy yeasty overtones; lingering finish keeps all flavours alive. Nice APA with Belgian yeast refinement. Very nice.

Aroma: lots of tropical fruits, bit sweet, mango, some pineapple, little malty. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty start, some caramel, bit fruity, nice bitterness, orange peel, citrus, tropical fruits, some pineapple. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, bit resinous, dank, tropical fruits, citrus, some pineapple, very nice, fresh hops. Nice one! Probably even much better when fresher!

A bit hazy yellow colour, medium-sized white head and lace. A bit honeyish, fruity aroma. Light-bodied. A bit fizzy. Pale malts, mango, citrus in the flavour. Light grapefruity finish. Easy and simple sweetish pale ale.

Lichtgeel bier met veel stevig schuim. Smaak is licht bitter en licht zoet kruidig met iets van graan, ananas en een vleug citrus.
