1 US pint can, as District.96 Happier Happy Jack New England Style Double IPA, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. ABV is 8.5%. Hazy pale yellow colour, large white head. Aroma of peaches, mango and passionfruit. The flavour is not too sweet, but has notes of said fruits, also guava and papaya. Moderate to low bitterness.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 02/08/2025.
Murky orange topped with a big old lasting off white head.
Nose is bitter orange, grass, citric tinged straw, light herbal notes, lychee.
Taste comprises bitter orange, sharp tropicana, mandarin, pine nibble, papaya.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Drinks easy for a TIPA but has a light, not unpleasant, but slightly off putting tang to the citric side of things.

Large foamy white head left flotsam on a hazy golden coloured body.
Zesty orange aroma.
Medium bodied, foamy & sticky back.
Tangerine, earthy, grapefruit & resinous tastes with a long bitter citrus finish.
Sharp.

Panda thanks to Wingman. A light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Slightly thin malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Hops bring pine and tangy stone fruits. Mild touches of hop spice and bitterness. Light and semi dry finish. Cherry what,? I love District 96 as a brewery but they need to stop getting high on their own farts and concentrate on brewing, because they are very bloody good at it. Beers like this are a distraction.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, tidy, if small, pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied malts, a thin but forward creamy sweetness. Crisp pine and nibbly hop spice. Slightly bitterish citrus. Touch of tropical fruits. Esters peeping through here and there. Light, dry and fairly hop spicy finish. Not bad, but for me, falls a little short of the normal D96 quality.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this orange gold beer, small but tidy pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, a very mild viscosity, decent fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, fairly light, a decent creamy sweetness. Soft pine. Pineapple and guava tropical fruits. Juicy citrus and stone underneath also, some mild but unwelcome esters, perhaps inevitable give the abv. Smooth finish brings a little tropical fruits vodka thing but, no alcohol heat or spice here, hides the 14% abv incredibly well. Just made me very tired?

Panda thanks to Wingman. A mild to medium haze on this orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts, a modest sweetness. Hops bring modest pine and quite forward mandarin and tangerine that is also pretty tangy and not far off tart. Light semi dry finish leaves a very mild hop spice and tingling tangy citrus linger. Curious dipa but I can't deny I am enjoying the mandarin - tangerine thing.

Muddy orange-brown colour, medium-sized white head. Hoppy, a bit fruity aroma. Medium-bodied. Sweetish, fruity, a bit messy flavour. End of keg maybe.
