Draught @ the source (8/24/19). Clear golden with small foamy whitish head, faint doughy aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter malty taste with grassy hops, thin body, longish finish. Refreshing.

Draught @ the source (8/24/19). Looking like orange juice with large foamy off-white head, melon-apricot-mango aroma, medium carbonation, mildly bitter unripe mango-apricot taste, alcohol undertones, somewhat thick smooth body, long finish. Very flavorful; a good DIPA.

Draught @ the source (8/24/19). Juicy looking dull lemon yellow with small foamy off-white head, citrus-unripe mango aroma, medium carbonation, mildly bitter unripe mango-peach-citrus taste, somewhat thick body, long finish. Tasty and satisfying.

Draught @ the source (8/24/19). Faintly cloudy golden with large foamy off-white head, very faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, vanilla like saison yeast flavor, smooth thin body, faint alcohol undertones, long finish. Very good saison, with a bit of alcohol prominence.

Draught @ the Station House, Forest Hills, Queens. Pours a murky yellow colour and a small white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma's are dank, juicy, onion, sweetish. Retronasal it's sweetish, tropical fruit and onion. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied. Light hopburn. Long finish with onion, juicy and light bitter.

Five Boro Craft Beer Fest: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is grainy and malty, with a hint of lemon. Taste is bready and a bit sweet. Some bitterness. Solid.
