Bottle thanks to Palle Ott. Pours hazy light yellow with a medium fluffy white head. Aromas of sellery, coriander, citrus, orange, yeast, hay, floral. Taste is citrussy, coriander, brett, orange peel, hay, some wheaty notes, banana sweetness.

Bottle thanks to Palle Ott. Pours hazy orange with no head. Aromas of brett, light caramel, citrus, orange peel, some vanilla sweetness, hay, some floral notes. Taste is malty, bretty, citrus, orange peel, vanilla, sweet ripe orange, spices.

12/5/2018. Bottle at the Ipswich bottle share, from Johnny's Off Licence, Rome. Pours black with a small beige head. Aroma of chocolate, malt, dark fruit, hop and a hint of blue cheese. Moderate sweetness, medium to heavy bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, above average carbonation. Dry finish. Too fizzy, otherwise ok.

33 cl bottle, 3.9 ABV. Orange color, hazed, enormous big bubbly to creamy expansive white head, lacing, lots of particles in suspension. Zesty smell. Aroma is citrusy, with orange, lime, grapefruits and earthy spices (yeast), with soft bready malts backing, light candy. Taste is light sour, medium bitter. Light body, dry citric finish light spiced. Similar to a session IPA with a belgian flavor.

33 cl bottle, orange color, hazed, lots of yeast and particles in the bottom of the bottle. Creamy white head, lacing persistent, carbonated. Smell of lavender. Aroma of raisins, sugar, candy fruit, spice, wheat, earth. In general there's some funky cheese which got me thinking to biere de garde. Taste is sweetish but balanced by resiny hops. Full bodied, thick creamy testure, sticky finish. Sensible alcohol. Interesting and good for winter, it's a funny one, would need some polish though.

33 cl bottle. Pours pale yellow, clear initially but there's a lot of sediment in the bottle. Big expansive white head, persistent. Smells and looks belgian indeed. I like yeast to i throw all in, became very murky. Aroma of belgian yeast, grass, pale malts, hops, spices and funky notes (orange, lavender, vinegar). Taste is quite sour, fairly bitter. Strong carbonation, medium body, raw feeling. Hoppy finish, thick. Falls in the hoppy-white cathegory, and i'm a fan of the style.
