Tasting at Oakes' Manor, crowler
Cloudy blond colour. Bit of spice, yeast, stale water, herbs. Nothing impressive.

Crowler. Cloudy, beige colour. There's some phenols on the nose, Soft body, sweet, peachy notes, again some phenols that come across a bit harsh. Quite sweet, with just a touch of yeastiness in the finish. Would definitely prefer drier, as that would allow for the peachiness to come through a bit better, I think.

Crowler - Light flowery yeasty notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Light yeast and a clean simple finish. Not bad.

Crowler, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast upfront, with a touch of sweetness. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic saison yeast, crisp biscuity malt, and a touch of herbal grassiness. Nice spicy yeast character on the finish, with a pronounced herbaceous character. Solid.

Draft at Salud Cerveceria. Murky orange color solid white head. Tropical fruit aroma. Taste is earthy fruit almost dank. Not bad.

Draft at Salud Cerveceria. Cloudy to murky golden orange color. Aroma of tropical fruit and citrus. Taste is tropical fruit juice, on the sweet side. I miss the sourness of more traditional Berliners.

On tap from upstairs salad. Hay pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is pineapple, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is sweet pineapple, some tart, and salty. If you don’t like pineapple move along.
