Smell of honey, roasted malt. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma of tar, honey, roasted malt, some chocolate, some alcohol. Sweet, medium bitter. Half flat carbon, slightly viscous texture. Decent, but has some sharp mouthfeels.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a dense and lively white head leaving some lacework. Nose is yeasty, spice and a little greasy. Medium body, fruity, yeasty, a little moldy with some phenols. Rather bitter finish. 290818

Bottle from ferry. Unclear orange with big, white head. Grains, soap, perfume, a little bit of plastic. Citrusy flavor, with some malty biscuits and chalky. Surely not a NEIPA.

Bottle from the Taxfree on M/S Gabriella, Hel-Sto. Hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma of grapefruit, hops and light malt. The same in the taste. The finish was medium bitter. Nothing special.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a lively and frothy, white head. Actually, when you start pouring the beer starts gushing. It has 17 days of shelf life back, but it's clearly not really behaving. Chalky nose, a not overly fresh hop note. Medium body, somewhat rustic as in slowly falling apart leading up to a bitter finish. Clearly past its prime. 060818

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, grayish golden with a white head. Yeasty and very spicy aroma - Galaxy not so much. Medium body, fruity and yeasty and very dry - almost astringent. But again the Saison yeast very much overpowers the Galaxy hops. The finish is more dry than bitter. Not a bad Saison as such, but not really a Galaxy Saison. 060818

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a frothy head. Nose is a little chalky, yeasty with subdued citrusy notes. Medium body, carbonation a little lively, dry and hoppy with a solid bitterness. It's hazy alright, but not sure I would call it NE-style. I actually prefer the 10$ Bill. 020818

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a smallish, white head. Lovely spicy hop aroma - a hint of Sorachi? Medium body, a dry fruitiness with a solid hop impact and a dry finish. Lovely beer - but in the high end for a Session IPA. 020818
