Looks like they used all ingredients they could get. The beer is very grainy, yeasty, spicey and quite sweet. Also some notes of rye and candi.

Simple Belgian blond beer with a watery base. It’s sugary and slightly metallica, which is not very nice. Taste falls flat far too quickly, although than can be good, because it isn’t that great.

33 cl. bottle @ ’t Antwaerps Bierhuiske. Courtesy of Kraddel. Thx! BBF 02/2015. Dark amber with little white head. Nose is full of esters, floral with some zest + yeast. Taste is sweet sugar, BE yeast, bitter white pepper, herbs, fruits, citrus, zest, touch bitter other grains,… Fuller, very lightly grainy body, touch livelier carb. Very nice, better than expected.

Bottle at De Rector. Deep gold, clear, with a tall, fine head. Fruity tripel nose, honey, stewed fruits, earthy hops. Sweet stewed fruit flavor with honey, sweet orange, light tang, citrus hop finish. Nice tangy fruitiness, but nothing much happening.

@ bierhuyske . pours blonde , good white head. smell is grainy and sweet, taste starts of as somewhat bitter, grainy, sweet malts, bit spices. its ok . due to the way to big surface of the glass , the carbonation goes out way to fast. guess they care more about attention than quality here ?
