Bomber. My girlfriend is making enchiladas and last time she did this I had the DFH Golden Shower. Those two went great together. I was hoping for similar results with this brew. Since, this was a spur of the moment kind of thing this beer only sat int he fridge for maybe an hour. Pours amber-orange with a small head. Very clear, almost completely lucid. Aroma is very piney hop, with some citrusy hop behind it. Taste is kind of soapy and only lightly oily, pretty light on body and actually not hoppy enough for me (I though i would never see this day). I was hoping for a full on resiny oily hop soup drink. A bit let down but a watery, not left--coast enough of a IIPA. Finishes watery only medium bitterness.

22 oz bomber. Hazy yellow to orange color with off white head. The aroma was sweet sugar and lots of hops. Interesting flavor. A bit too bright at the sweet and hoppy ends of the palate spectrum. The sweetness is slightly fruity and candy sugar. The hops are pine and grass. The mixture of flavor notes don’t work together too well. I get an odd tartness in the after taste. Overall it was a bit disappointing.

An orange beer with an orange head. The aroma is very hoppy and grassy, and also has notes of yeast. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of yeast and light notes of coriander. I is weird how hoppy the aroma is - both for the style and compared to the flavor.

12 oz bottle...solid copper color, no lasting foam...no lacing either...aroma is quite malty with floral notes....mmm first taste is creamy malt with a nice hop back to it...finish is a touch of grapefruit and a nice hoppy bite ...grapefruit is not overbearing...definitely like this one!

A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is very sweet and very hoppy, but also with some grassy notes. The flavor is very hoppy combined with light notes of caramel, leading to a dry grassy end.

Bottle Pours a hazy copper with an average sized off white head and nice sturdy lacing. Lots of citrusy lemony hops in the aroma. Some hints of apple cider as well. Flavor is quite bitter up front and then a remarkable rush of full deep malt flavor following. Lots of flavor from both sides and a quite strong lasting biotter bite. A nice strong in your face IPA. Curious what their "Imperial IPA would be like. Thanks to Kenb for this little gem.

Bottle. Orfange amber beer with an off-white head. Yeasty, orange aroma. Yeasty, estery flavor with some lemon/orange and spice. Earthy finish. Slight alcohol presence. Creamy mouthfeel. Eands with a bit of huskiness that otherwise takes away from a decent beer (just nothing special).
