33cl bottle at 5.9%. Golden, lasting thin white head. Slightly vegetal, grassy aroma, touch of dried apricot. Fine in mouth with dried apricot/peach/hop finish. Goodish fruit. Drinkable. I can’t think that this has anything to do with a wheat beer though. Bizarre

Bottle. Fresh aroma. Dark amber colour with a small stable head. Good bitterness and nice hop aromatic flavour.

Dark brown, a bit creamy. Chocolate and fruits. A bit smoke. Filling texture. low carbonation. Great finish! Re-rating sep 08. Damm, the aroma blew me completely away. Wood, vanilla, yeast & loads of chocolate. Brilliant!

Bottle. Weak CO2 aroma. Quite cloudy, dark golden/orange colour. OK stable, white head. Good mouthfeel. Long bitterness with a dry finish.

Hazy amber color; little head. Classic malt aroma of Belgian Ale, quite thin mouthfeel, even if later the malt and the caramel are more evident. Strong ending bitterness. Easy.

Bottle - BBE February 2007 Hazy, amber body. Off-white, fizzy head, which diminishes very swiftly. Very lovely aroma of vanilla, apples, wheat, spices, the freshness of tooth paste, cognac. Little bit disappointing flavour. Lightly acidic, moderately bitter initial flavour. Moderately bitter, moderately bitter finish. Some quite good flavours are present, but they just aren’t well pronounced. They stay somewhat on the background. This beer has potential to be better if something changes to the recipe, but don’t ask me what.

Bottle. Brown colour with an off-white head. Malty yeasty arome with some fruitiness. Malty fruity and yeasty flavor with some hints of caramel and spices. Malty aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow colour with a small white head. Spicy aroma with hints of yeast. Spicy yeasty flavor with some bitterness. Leaves you with some bitter aftertaste.

Bottle. Very dark ruby, lasting beige head. Lots of dark roasted malt and some dark fruit. Plenty of dark choc and coffee espresso. Full in mouth, burnt and bitter finish. Impressive dary stout. Finish has a bit of alcohol heat. Bit of smoke and black treacle on aroma too.

The beer came slowly out of the bottle when the cork had been opened, without pouring. High carbon dioxide level perhaps?Sweet scent with some alcohol in it. Wine like aromas as well. Very mild taste with low bitterness. Long, but timid, aftertaste of sweets.
