Bottle: Poured an hazy dark golden color ale with an above medium head with better then average retention. Aroma is mix of very floral malt and some very wonderful spices. Taste is a bit harsh at first (like a rush of spices hitting your tongue) with some sweetness coming in later and some light bitterness at the end. Very enjoyable and good example of the style.

Hazy orange-amber color with vanishing white head. Medium-bodied. Light fruity hoppy aroma. Well-balanced hoppy bitter, fruity and flowery flavor. Nice hoppy bitter aftertaste. Like an English bitter with high ABV.

Bottle, 8.4% ABV. Fruity, salty, sweet aroma. Almost black colour, very big semi-stable head. Roasted, sweet acidic flavour with slightly sour coffee aftertaste. The flavour is good, but the aftertaste is brilliant.

Very disappointing. Aroma is promising with berries and yeast. Light red beer with a pink head; looks like a fruit lambic. Flavor of a low quality Belgian ale. Almost no fruit flavor. Light palate. I like fruit beers, but this is a disappointment.

Opaque black, huge cloudy brown head. Aroma has some sweetness, lots of roast, coffee beans and chocolate with mild hops added. Medium to full-bodied. Full of malts and chocolate, hints of sugar, nicely hopped. Bitterish roasted aftertaste with some burning alcohol, which makes this a bit unbalanced. Some yeast in the bottle. Excellent stout.

Cloudy golden brown color, short off-white head, thick flocks of yeast. Aroma is very spicy for a wheat, bit citrus only, quite some yeast. Bit sweet and spicy taste, quite heavy instead of easy drinkable. This beer can’t quite choose being a belgian white or a german weizen. It should....

Cloudy tan colour; yeasty aroma of bread, apricots, dust and a hint of alcohol. Slightly tart body is balanced by a malty-fruity sweetness. The finish is a little sweaty with apricots and raisins.

Sampled under the name Gouyasse Triple Hazy amber; slim, very white head, dwindling quite fast. Creamy nose, toasted/cookie malt, laundry drying. Bitterish front for some time, then sweetish malts and a whack-in-the-face from the alcohol. Anything but refined. Sweetness keeps building up, featuring some fruity yeast flavours. Fiery initial mouthfeel, alcohol. Medium bodied only. Some importer demanded a strong one, and got it. Another fast-fermented triple with little distinction.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy amber color ale with a super huge bubbly off-white head with average retention. Aroma is a mix of strong yeast and spices. Taste is also quite a wonderful mix of strong spices, yeast, and malt with a subtle sweet finish. Alcohol is very well hidden and body is full. Overall, this is an above average Belgian strong ale.
