Description

Bottle from Etregourmet. Hazy amber colour, white foam. Nose of grass, citrus, bitter hops. Taste is bitter hoppy, light sweet, nice long dry hoppy finish. The 'De Ranke' profile is very present. A very nice hoppy bitter and dry beer. A breath of fresh air within al the NEIPA violence.

Dull brownish colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have typical Vlaams Bruin notes with slight vinegar acidity, sherberty sweetness and quite a lot of dry wood. There's not so much specific cognac flavour just a hint of it.

opalescent pale golden colour, large, though quickly collapsing white head; aroma of floral, (rotten) fruity, metallic, sauerkraut and sulphur notes; taste of malty-syrupy sweetness and metallic-sulphur bitterness with some fruity and slight sauerkraut notes; strange one...
