Small, disappearing rosy head, over red-orange-pinkish beer. Very fruity, vinous with red fruit, raspberry, redcurrant, brambles and wild plums - just not quite grapes. Definitely more inviting than the homebrew version Valter had me taste some years ago. Fruit returning in force in the taste, but with a point of arachide (fatty acids, a bit?), mushrooms, even slightly truffle-like. Light astringency, and a bit of alcoholwarming all the same. Wow, Valter you’ve come a long way; good to see you going commercial! Grand merci à Jean H. pour la bouteille!

bottle at home ... from my RBESG 10 haul ... pinkish brown .... sort lived head to nothing not even thin lacing ... soft green grapes ... light sharp nose .... fizzy ... fruit ... again grapes ... definite grapes ... light hop ... light tart dryness... like the description says id go with grape skins ... really interesting ... too fizzy ... I like this a lot... not the best beer ive had .. but its very interesting ... and very unusual ... its odd findign this as a fruit beer as as far as i can see the fruit is Grape... and while it is a fruit beer... i tent to think of fruit beer as cherry or raspberry...

Bottle courtesy of Bruno (grazie) at Toccalmatto, shared with SHIG. Clear copper color, large fluffy off white head. Aroma of dust, grapes, must, oak. Taste resembles a full bodied rose wine, smooth, but slightly sour. Very nice.

Bottle @ Domus Birrae, Rome. Pours black with a creamy bubbly beige head. Nose is roast, fruit and berries. Smooth palate. Notes of chocolate, vanilla and vague coffee. Dry bitter and dusty end.
