Pale, slight haze. Tart, but not clean. A bit sloppy and thin. Lacks tartness in the finish.

On tap at Callister Brewing, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out pot-like hops and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is along the same lines - pot, herbal hops and biscuity malt. Well-balance but also rather astringent / harsh, especially for a pale. Okay.

On tap at Callister (without the grape fruit syrup), pours a mostly clear pale golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out subtle lemony tartness and wheat. Flavour is quite bland for the style, with tart wheat and moderate lemon tang. No real complexity or anything. It's easy to drink but not very intriguing. Okay.

On tap at Callister Brewing, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out the classic cat piss citra hops upfront, with a touch of tropical fruit in back. Flavour is similar, though kind of muffled, with fruity hops and a crackery malt finish. Very smooth and drinkable, but lacking a bit in character. Good stuff.

On tap at Callister Brewing, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of piney hops, with crackery malt and a slight metallic tinge that's so characteristic of these session IPAs. Flavour matches, though perhaps is quite a lot juicier than the nose suggests, with lots of piney and citrusy hops. Just enough crackery malt to back. This is a rather lovely session IPA. Highly flavourful and well-balanced. Very good.
