Milky orange with little foam. Big oozy mandarin orange and chalk smell, soft fresh pine. Flavour is all tangy orangey pine, soft hay, sharp chalkiness lends to a dry finish. Still refreshing despite the abv, worthwhile.

Very nice medium gold and good foam, soft sweet saison grain on the nose. Flavour is mellow lager grain, plenty of honey, full and good lingering sweetness. Enjoyable.

Nice foam and a cloudy orange body, good orangey cream aroma, slightly fake but doable. Flavour is soft creamy orange, subdued and not tangy, lingering sweetness. A little too restrained to be too interesting.

On tap at Superflux, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out grassy notes, gentle hopping, biscuity malt and cereal sweetness. Flavour is crisp and grassy, with sweet cereal malt, gentle hopping and straw. Clean and malty, with a corn-like adjunct finish. It's clean and drinkable but nothing special.

16oz (thx, Alex!) at Andrey's. Appearance: dark brown with a dark beige head. Aroma: tons of coffee, sweet, brown sugar. Taste: along the same lines, super sweet, chocolate, tons of lactose, with hints of vanilla quite thick. Overall: pretty good, but too coffee forward to me.

2024-09-14, can from the brewery, almost 3 years old, 8-4-8-4-16=40
Having had a few other Indulgeousness versions, recently, this one seems marginally more full-bodied; the thickness and the oily mouthfeel indeed bring me back to the feelings I had with the first 2 releases; there are layers of cacao, coffee, vanilla; not a huge fan of that lactose mouthfeel anymore, though; and also not a fan of the gelatinous chunks that come with the last pour. Extrememly rich, less so complex.
2021-01-30, can from the brewery, 8-5-9-4-17=43
Pitch black colour, vigorously poured to create a thick, dark brown head. Aroma of coffee, cream, light vanilla, dark sugar. The mouthfeel is very thick, maybe even more than the first iteration, sweet, with a heavy lactose hand, that is almost disturbing, very good coffee, also liquid dark chocolate, very light leather, and some warming alcohol, but overall well hidden. It seems bolder than #1, but the previous one had a slight extra complexity. Interesting, excellent sipper.

473mL can, pours an opaque, dull golden yellow with a medium, frothy white head. Aroma is quite chalky, with dusty, earthy hops, and lots of muddled yeast soup. Flavour is very muddled, with earthy hops, muddled yeast soup, chalk, and some herbal notes. That's really not that pleasant a hop character. And the palate is very milky and muddled. Really quite a poor release here—that's quite a few new hazies lately by Superflux that have totally missed the mark.

Feb 13, 2026 (8/3/8/3/15=3.7): Poured from 473mL can (pkg 12/10/2025). Hazy blonde gold with white head. Tropical hops, lightly juicy, enjoying this a lot more than 5 years ago. Quite nice.
Jan 24, 2021 (7/3/7/3/15=3.5): Poured from 473mL can (sticker says 01/12 pkg date). Cloudy blonde with white head. Mild tropical hops, hint of grapefruit hops, touch of dankness, little bit of yeast. Just okay.

Re-rate: poured from the tap (second release). Black with massive beige head. Same description as previous rating, but the coconut seems a little more suntan lotion-y this time round (same as whatever they used in the Superflux Coconuts - more artificial - lowering rating as such from 4.4 to 4.0). Jan 24, 2021 (9/4/9/4/18=4.4; first release): Poured from the tap @ Superflux. Black with massive tan head. Tons of coconut, melted dark chocolate, touch of toasted malt and vanilla. Alcohol mostly hidden. Dangerously tasty.
