White Stork is one of the first commercial breweries based in Bulgaria and is a gipsy brewery (a.k.a. Ghost/Pirate/Nomad/Contract Brewery what ever you say). So we don’t own our brewing equipment and we don't care. This enables us to make the best quality and variety of beers possible at the best selected breweries and be able to reinvent ourself & our beers continually. Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is biscuity malts, some old farty hops, grapefruit, sweaty. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Nice!

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017. A clear amber beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of coffee, bitter hops, Lactose. Taste of Coffee, lactose, pale malt.

From tap. Pours cloudy deep orange. Small white head. Aroma is toasted malt, caramelish and slight toffee. Bitter, toasted and caramlish. Sweet, slight vanilla and toffee malty finish.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017. A slightly hazy golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus hops, grassy hops. Taste of mild citrusy hops, tea, wheat, refreshing.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is grassy and slight herbal. Bitter and slight grassy. Herbal nd toasted malty. Bitter and herbal grassy finish.

Draft at Borefts Beer Festival '17 (Brouwcafe). Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of floral hops, light fruits, tropical notes and light malt. Flavour is above light sweet and light moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Thnx to the brewer. Pours unclear, murkey blonde. Good white head. Smell is mildly floral, aromatic yeasty. Taste is full, bit bitter, mildly aromatic. OK MF and carbo. Bit bitter.
