Description
White Stork is one of the first commercial breweries based in Bulgaria and is a gipsy brewery (a.k.a. Ghost/Pirate/Nomad/Contract Brewery what ever you say). So we don’t own our brewing equipment and we don't care. This enables us to make the best quality and variety of beers possible at the best selected breweries and be able to reinvent ourself & our beers continually. We believe in the alchemy of craft beer, so be ready to be surprised!

Light haze on this amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth but still has decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth malts, sweetish, very light malt cream. Decent cooling pine hops. Sweet tropical fruits, hibiscus tang. Little sherbet. Mild orange peel, very mellow. Light finish shows mild hop spice. Very fruity. Nicely done.

Bottle @ home. Hazy dark red color, medium sized white head that diminishes quickly. Smell and taste a bit malty, a bit sharp citrussy, sharp somewhat floral flavor, light to moderately bitter, a bit yeasty as well I think. Decent body. medium carbonation. Hmm not great.
