Can thanks to Drake! My 13th beer made by this brewery, but my first Octopi beer. Hmmm. Go big, start strong. I grabbed this from the packed fridge sight unseen - there's so much beer in there I feel like I should leave it up to chance. Therefore, starting the evening with a 10%er. Pours murky dark brown with a small, soft beige head. Sweet toffee aroma - really sweet, but it smells nice... also chocolate, vanilla, caramel, butterscotch. Flavor is sweet toffee, vanilla ice cream, chocolate, coffee beans, cocoa powder. This is a sweet bomb, and I mostly hate those, but this has some really good flavors.

Haven’t had a great stout in a wee bit. Sweet but not nearly as sweet as Leo, the sweet-ass saccharine maple stout from Brewing Projekt. Veddy nice.

Quarantine Beer #081 sampled at home on 04/25/2020. Cloudy orange color with a medium bone white head that recedes gradually to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of floral hops, tropical fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of resiny hops, tropical fruit and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Big initial maple and coffee aroma. Dark chocolate. Pours black with mocha head. Oily consistency. Caramel. Bittersweet end. Could use a little balance, but decent. Can.

Can from Bine & Vine. Pours dark brn/blk with a slight, transient tan head. Aroma is strong maple over toasted malt. Full bodied. Flavor is toasted malt, maple and chocolate. Not dry, but not sticky. Burnt malt bitter. I can imagine pouring this on pancakes covered with bacon. Hmmmmm! Delicious.
