Bottle. Hazy deep gold. Nice sweet apple, lightly tropical. Nice bit of sweetness, tart, light tannics. Just a bit of sulfury fart in the finish.

Yggdrasil Beyla 6.66% Sparkling Session Mead Crystal clear bright straw gold. Rich sweet flower blossom aroma. Full bodied but very dry with a sweet dessert white wine type profile. I get honey sweetness up front and honeycombs. Dry and enjoyable.

Bottle. Nice fruity, citrus and tropical nose, honey malts, chili peppers. Hazy gold with a low, thick head. Not ridiculoulsly hopt and spicy, nice pepper flavor, big citrus hops, good malt. Well done all round, and even though I hate chili beer, this is probably the best I've had.

Geez tried to post this yesterday but I guess FB swallowed it... Yggdrasil Fenrir au Firewolf Session IPA w Togorashi chilies Orange gold with a light beige head of foam, the initial aroma was a hop bouquet that screamed IPA but the medium bodied brew’s flavor was all slow burn togorashi. Better balanced than most chili beers I’ve had by far. For those who like spicy check it out.

Yggdrasil Kindan no Hassaku Premium Cidre 5.4% Very cloudy gold with the slightest hint of orange. Tart apple aroma, light bodied with sweet apple tarts and tangy citrus lemony elements. Tasty.

Bottle from the brewery. Nose is raisins, chocolate, caramel, rich fudge, bit of citrus, apples. Deep orange-brown with a thin, lacy head. Rich, estery, malt flavor, deep caramel malt, apple, raisins, plums. Hides the alcohol very well. Finish is just a little too bitter. Nice.
