Deep golden color with slight amber tinge. Big aggressive hop character with Japanese oranges, apricot and Muscat in the nose. Medium full body with modestly aggressive bitterness. Hop character shines through out. Medium low carbonation. Super smooth and super quaffable. Super well balanced. Excellent.

Medium dark golden. Piney citrusy full on aggressive American hops. Medium full body tons of aggressive bitterness. Nice crackery malt backbone. Not too dry. Again excellent mouthfeel

Slightly hazy golden amber color. Massive sharp pink grapefruit and nectarine. Very light dry palate, medium bitterness with lots of tangerine, mint but lacks malt backbone. Light medium body. Feel this would be better if it had more malt backbone. Still the nose on this is absolutely stunning

Dark brown color. Very dark brown color. Dry, cacao, tobacco leafs, moorish. The palate is super fantastic. Low carbonation that just works perfectly. Not a masterpiece but against super quaffable

Slightly hazy golden color. Frothy white head. Nice slightly citrusy tart (uses Hyuga Natsu citrus fruit) nose. The fruit character is a bit subdued BUT the slight tartness makes this super quaffable. Not overly complex but the citrus really adds to the palate. Again a super crowded pleaser and geeks will like the balance. Yggdrasil seems to be a summer style beer brewery, or at least that is what they super excel at so far.

Beautiful bright golden color. Clean nose slightly minerally, minty and lemon. Very clean. Straightforward lager. A crowd pleaser that is well made but doesn’t grab me.

An interesting pale hazy golden color with red tinge. Beautiful raspberry nose with interesting yeast character. Mildly sour, the raspberry is very pronounced. Semi-dry but balanced nicely with fruit tartness. Very clean. Super refreshing. Fantastic summer beer that geeks and non-geeks a like would love
