Tap at Koumin. Lovely, jammy raspberry nose. Creamy, with honey and some yogurt notes. Hazy pink with a thick, low head. Clean raspberry, tart cranberry, rich and jammy but dry, with notes of honey and yogurt and light acid. Clean finish. Lovely. The hornet yeast gives a very unique edge that makes it stand out from your typical kettle sours.

Tap at Koumin. Slightly hazy dark golden-orange color. Grainy, bready, lemony nose. Very bready flavor with spelt, lemon, slightly spicy yeast. Like halfway between a kolsch and a Belgian blond. Nicely spicy finish with some berries.

Tap at Koumin. Orange-pink color, hazy, with lace. Nose is blueberry, crisp pilsner malt. Lager character comes through nicely in the flavor, lemon, blueberry. Peppery finish.

Tap at Koumin. Hazy red with lace. Nose is cherries, berries, citrus, light caramel, pine. Pony flavor of berries, cherries and citrus. Nicely peppery and bitter. Maybe a bit past its prime but good stuff.

Tap at Koumin. Lovely nose of dark berries, mint, bubble gum, lemon. Prickly, juicy flavor, lots of berries and red fruits and mint and herbs. Wow, what an original hop. Liked it slightly better than the Mistral.

Tap at Koumin. Nose is lemon, tropical fruits, flowers. Subtly lovely berry and tropical fruit flavor. A bit flowery and sunny. Crisp, nice body. More like a pale ale than a session. Nice, with unique hop use that I love.

Tap at Koumin. Black with lace. Nose is chocolate, coffee, caramel. Lightly sweet, with rich, nutty coffee flavors and nice chocolate. Not heavy or cloying. Good. Nice use of the beans. No sour edge.

Tap at Koumin. Deep golden orange, slightly hazy. Proper head. Nose is lemon, berries, stone fruit, light pine. Minty, berries flavor with oranges, melon, light tropical fruits, pine. Crisp and light for a double, and very dry. A superb beer with very unique hopping.
