In my opinion, it is a good lager, better than the usual macro breweries, malty, bready, some hop, a bit watery, really refreshing, 11.04.17, finding this bottle at Zenklhausen, at Brig, train station.

In my opinion, the taste of this beer is a bit strang, really soapy with a mix of nuts, malt, few hop, mineral.

Finding this beer in the bakery shop at the train station of Brig. Opening this bottle on sunday after my arrival from Sevilla. A rather good and tasty amber beer, bready, yeasty, touch of nut, fruity, regular hop, carbonated, 05.04.22

Für mich zu tief bewertet. Schön malziges Dunkles mit ordentlich Bitterkeit, viel Rauch und Röstaromen.

Erfrischend, spritzige Rosmarin- und Yuzu-Noten. Weicht zum Glück vom üblichen, übertriebenen Heu-Aroma hiesiger Kräuterbiere ab.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Aroma of mountain meadows, including hay, the cows and a little bit of their dung. Herbs. Very crisp over a thin body. Herbs again, holding on until the palate. Okay.

Hazy blond color; fine and turbulent perlage; huge persistent head. Classic aroma of Pale Lagers. Medium structure, some dry malt, some residual sweetness, weak hopping, with very light fruiness. Simple but drinkable; fresh.

Hazy blond color; fine perlage. Delicate aroma of citrus and herbs. Light malt taste, with a gentle herbal touch (rosemary). Pleasant.
