Gold with a creamy, white head. Campfire aroma. Taste mildly bitter with lingering smoke. Straightforward with no surprises but solid. Medium-bodied, watery texture.

Bottle at Au Trappiste. Pours clear amber. Aroma is raspberry, funk, little barrel. Body is medium, sour and tart, quite fruity, raspberry, mealy, lively to fizzy carbonation, but really mostly sourness. Dry, of course. Good, but a bit simple.

Bottle. Pours darkest brown with a beige head. Aroma is blueberries, milk indeed, yoghurt, also porter. Body is medium, both roasted and berries at the same time, in an oddly beautiful way. Lively carbonation, with quite intense flavours, softly sour. Good!

At Wortspiele #4. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is rusty funk. Body is medium, acidic and tart, some candy and phenols, full in flavours. Chalky. Palate is fruity and dry. Good!

At Wortspiele #4. Pours cloudy pale yellow. Aroma is strongly malty, infused tropical fruit, milk. Body is medium, very fruity, some salt, intense, sweet but also bitter, with a lively carbonation. Balanced. Some rust, softly sour and lactic. Full taste on a lingering palate. Interesting style mashup of NEIPA and kettle sour.
