It is a drinkable lager, yellow gold color, thin foam, malty and some hop. This one is better than the red one, 31.03.16, really popular in the French part of Switzerland.

0.50l can. Aroma of caramel, flowers, yeast, dried fruit. Pours clear amber color with thin creamy tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with sweet toasted malt, yeast and dried fruit, following is phenolic, mouthfeel is warm alcoholic, while finish is grassy bitter. Full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Not possible to drink it…

Bottle, 8.0%. Good malt and clove aroma. Clear copper colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour is sweet, sugary even. With a good clove note and a touch of aniseed. 736315
