From the tap at Pi Bar, Lausanne, Switzerland. Pours pale yellow with fine white foam. Aroma is funky/bretted, and a little citrusy. Body is slightly dense, smooth in the mouth, and with some astringency. Taste is balanced between salty and sour, maybe with the former being a little predominant. Finish is short and clean.
