On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Color pesca giallona, torbida, schiuma bianca media, mediamente persistente. Al naso note di albicocca e frutta a polpa gialla, lattico, bretta, funky, erbe, spezie, sottobosco. In bocca acidità media, leggermente critica, fruttata fresca, speziata. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Spettacolare.

330ml bottle from Bieronomy. Pours a dull pale gold with a light mist, small white head. Lovely grisette, the filtering through hay perhaps lends a nice rustic character, with an impeccable balance. A simple beer but one which just shines exceptionally well. Very satisfying.

0,75l bottle at home. yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. smells funky, earthy, herbal, grainy. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, stone fruits, peppery, light tea notes. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grassy, earthy and peppery notes. Very nice one, very good to drink

Light body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, peppery, leathery, some lime. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of grassy, earthy and leathery. Nice to very nice one, good complexity for the Abv

75cl bottle @ Christmas tasting in blackhaddock's beer cave. Hazed gold appearance, white head. Floral spice aroma. Good floral character overall, very gentle spice, soft fennel sweetness, light and easy-going with a soft mouthfeel. Good refresher.

Christmas Gathering, 18th December 2023. 5 guys at my gaff drinking beer and talking bollocks. 75cl bottle and a new French region for me. Hazed dull golden body, white head. Didn't get the Fennel but it did hold a nice herbal spicy feel within it's make-up.
